OVERVIEW

This project involves the construction of 136 apartments for lower income families in a 12-story post tensioned concrete frame building with precast concrete and glass exterior skin.

Ground floor space along Mission and 10th Streets planned for retail use and a youth recreation/activity center; along with secure open space, a multi-purpose room, property management offices, and parking.

10th & Mission Family Housing is a Green Communities certified building.
