OVERVIEW

Renovation of an historic structure built in the early 1900’s. When complete, the building will house 174 studio apartments for low income residents.

Other amenities include a gymnasium, a theatre/auditorium, café, laundry facilities, and multipurpose spaces. The site will also house a childcare center and a health clinic.

In addition to the restoration of numerous historic elements the project has adopted the Green Communities criteria established by the Enterprise Community Partners.
