OVERVIEW

Construction of 120 studio rental units for low-income and homeless individuals.
This 5-story building has a concrete podium with 4 floors of wood framing on top.

In addition to the rental units, the first floors will have some retail space, offices and tenant common areas. There will also be a landscaped courtyard and roof deck.

This project will be aiming for the Build It Green certification.
