Redevelopment of a 22.5 acre site into approximately 700 units of public and market rate housing.
The development is divided into 3 phases to minimize relocation of the existing residents.
Its goal is to be a LEED Neighborhood Development Rated project, as well as to be certified by the Green Communities & Build It Green.

Cahill has joint ventured with Nibbi Brothers Construction on this development.

Demolition | Phase I: January 2010 May 2010
Infrastructure | Phase I: February 2011 January 2012
Construction | Blocks 4, 5 & 6: November 2011 April 2013
Construction | Phase II: Summer 2013 Summer 2015
Construction | Phase III: Summer 2014 Summer 2016

SQUARE FOOTAGE:
Block 4: 85,000 s.f. for 54 units
Block 5: 34,192 s.f. for 28 units
Block 6: 29,588 s.f. for 25 units

BUDGET:
Phase 1: Approximately $65M
