10th & Mission Family Housing

1390 Mission Street, San Francisco

The 10th & Mission Family Housing project involved the construction of 136 apartments for lower income families in a 12-story post tensioned concrete building with glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) exterior skin. The ground floor space along Mission and 10th Streets was built for retail use and a youth recreation/activity center. The building also included a secure open space, a multi-purpose room, property management offices, and parking. 10th & Mission Family Housing is a Green Communities certified building.
