“We met with the Bayview Hill Neighborhood Association last night to talk about [Bayview Hill Gardens] transitioning from construction to operations. The neighbors raved about you. They said this was one of the best construction sites they have seen and you have minimized impact on them. ...We appreciate [Cahill’s] effort and how you and your team have given the building’s  construction a great face to the project and made the neighbors very happy.”
