The Coronet / Institute on Aging

3575 Geary Blvd, San Francisco

Development of a new mixed-use affordable senior apartment building (floors 2-6) with an onsite senior health service facility (basement and floors 1-2). The Coronet created 150 affordable independent living senior rental apartments, including 25 units for formerly homeless seniors. Located within the building, IOA’s state-of-the-art senior services facility includes an Adult Day Health Center, Alzheimer’s Center, therapeutic rehabilitation, as well as program space for case management, elder suicide prevention, elder abuse prevention, art and education programs, and administrative staff.

 

UCSF Clinic Remodel

Cahill returned to the Coronet/IOA to turn existing office space into an adult day program and convert existing OSPHD 3 clinic space into a UCSF outpatient clinic.
