Folsom Dore

1346 Folsom Street, San Francisco

This development of 98 units of affordable housing in the South of Market area of San Francisco consisted of a 4-story wood framed structure over a concrete podium parking structure. Progressive design included the integration of the original, historic Folsom Street building façade. Financed in part by HUD & MOH. 

 

Folsom Dore was the first multi-family building in Northern California to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
