Mission Creek Senior Community & Mission Bay Branch Library

201 Berry Street, San Francisco

This project consisted of construction of a 7-story, post-tensioned concrete building containing 140 residential units of affordable senior housing, retail and commercial space on levels 1-3, 34-stall parking, and an Adult Day Health Center. The project also included construction and build-out of the San Francisco Public Library's new Mission Bay Branch.
