Rosa Parks RAD Rehabilitation

As part of HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, Rosa Parks RAD project is an occupied rehabilitation of an 11-story affordable housing in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco. These 198 apartment units are occupied by seniors and people living with disabilities. The scope includes improvements and upgrades to the 1962 structure, consisting of door replacements, sewer repairs, fire alarm system upgrades, elevator rehabilitatio, roofing work, and repairs to the ventilation system.
