We have a very flat organizational structure, which enables us to be efficient and responsive to our clients. In addition to a Project Manager to handle the daily management, each project is anchored by a Principal. Both work directly with the client. The principals attend all major project meetings, including weekly owner meetings. Their presence provides timely decision making and reinforces our commitment to the project.
