New construction of a 146-unit, six-story affordable housing in a factory-built modular wood construction over site-built concrete podium. The building will include management offices, support offices, an examination room, a common room, and a laundry room. Small flex space will be located at the corner of Bryant and Boardman which can be used for retail or exhibition space and will be accessed directly from the street.
