New construction of a six-story affordable housing apartment. The building will include a total of 265 nearly identical modular units on the top five floors over two-story concrete podium. The first two floors will be built out as a medical clinic space, reception areas, resident services, social enterprise, property management, administrative offices, and meeting rooms.
