Occupied rehabilitation of the California Hotel, a historic landmark within the West Oakland Redevelopment Area, into a 137-unit affordable housing development. Amenities include commercial space, community space, exterior garden space, and tenant services on site. Project was completed in two phases to allow residents to occupy a portion of the building while the second phase was completed.
