New construction of a 98-unit affordable housing development in the SoMa district of San Francisco. The original, historic Folsom Street building facade was maintained and integrated into the new construction. The project included a photovoltaic system, an efficient combined water and space heating system, natural ventilation, and environmentally friendly building materials.
