New construction of a 6-unit luxury condominium development in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. The lower two levels are cast-in-place concrete decks with shotcrete walls, and floors 2-6 are structural steel framed, concrete on metal deck, with shotcrete core and shear walls.
