Complete interior demolition, abatement, and remodel of an existing hotel into a Hilton. Scope of work included a new restaurant, bar, and kitchen on the lobby level, upgrades to the existing kitchen on the second floor, and a design/build overhaul of life safety, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, tele/data, security and AV systems. Cahill returned to the Hilton Financial District in 2011 to perform a remodel of the 26th Floor Honors Lounge and first floor buffet spaces.
