New construction of a 26-story, 383 guest room hotel and the rehabilitation of five levels of the Hilton Plaza.

Conducted over 1985 - 1988, this project required the renovation of a 20-story, 1,000 room hotel structure. The hotel was kept in full operation with the maximum loss of rooms limited to 300 at any one time.
