Tenant improvements on the second floor of a building which was formerly an aircraft hangar in Novato. The scope of work included access flooring installation throughout the space and creation of a plenum for the HVAC system, electrical and telephone data wiring, and skylight installation. Premium finishes included veneer plaster and wood paneling.
