Occupied renovation of the Oakland Museum of California across three phases. Phase 1 included the renovation of the Art & History galleries, ADA access upgrades, new metal canopies with skylights over existing walkways, life safety upgrades, replacement of the emergency generator, and enhancement of the mechanical system. Phase 1.5 included the renovation of Great Hall, theater, dining area, offices, restrooms, kitchen, and servery, as well as new ticket booths, docent offices, museum store, ADA ramp entry, security gates and garage bike storage. Phase 2 included the interior renovations of the Natural Science Gallery, corridors, new staff facilities, security gates and conference spaces.
