New construction of a 16,400 s.f. athletic center, comprising a 9,800 s.f. gymnasium with bleacher seating for 400, and approximately 6,600 s.f. of support facilities with offices, locker/shower rooms and training facilities. Site work included landscaping, a parking lot for 36 cars, campus infrastructure upgrades of the domestic & fire water, power, storm drainage, and telecommunications systems.
