New construction of the San Mateo Union High School District’s administrative office building and associated utilities and surrounding site work. The completed building is three stories. Phase II of the project involved the demolition of the westerly existing District office building and its surrounding site work. Phase III involved completion of all remaining site work, solar panel installations, and landscaping.
