New construction of housing for the theater’s employees and performers as well as back of house and classroom support amenities. The building will consist of 44 units, primarily composed of studios and one bedroom. The enclosed area is approximately 41,000 s.f. The structure is composed of five levels of Type III wood framing over two levels of Type I concrete.
