New construction of a 150-unit affordable housing development for seniors in the Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. Amenities include an Adult Day Health Center, Alzheimer's Center, therapeutic rehabilitation, as well as program space for case management, elder suicide prevention, elder abuse prevention, art and education programs, and administrative staff. 

Cahill returned to the Coronet/IOA to turn existing office space into an adult day program and convert existing OSPHD 3 clinic space into a UCSF outpatient clinic.
