Adaptive reuse of an existing 9-story historic building into a 76-unit affordable housing development in the SoMa district of San Francisco. Project included the addition of a new elevator bank that also provided seismic strengthening to the historic building. Amenities include community kitchens, meeting rooms, and property management offices.
