Historic renovation of the Haslett Warehouse into the Argonaut Hotel and San Francisco Maritime Visitor Center located at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Haslett Warehouse, a four-story unreinforced masonry and heavy timber warehouse, was structurally reinforced and built out into a boutique hotel and maritime museum with commercial areas. Scope of work included masonry restoration and a new foundation system with pipe piles, tie downs, footings, and slab-on-grade.
